Bu proqram çox rəqabətli və seçicidir – bütün ölkə üzrə yalnız bir nəfər seçilir. Proqram ABŞ-ın Indiana ştatının Lafayette şəhərində yerləşən Purdue Universitetində keçiriləcək. Bu proqram ABŞ Dövlət Departamenti tərəfindən tam maliyyələşdirilir. Proqram 24 iyun – 22 iyul tarixləri arasında baş tutacaq. Bu beynəlxalq proqramda müxtəlif ölkələrdən olan 50 iştirakçı yer alacaq.
171 school by the name of Zaur Mammadov’s student- Nargiz Valiyeva; has won the Benjamin Franklin Trans-Atlantic Fellowship. This fellowship, is highly selective, with only one person from the whole country being chosen. This program, is located in Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana. This program is fully funded by the US State Department. The program will take place from 24 June - 22 July. The program is international, consisting 50 participants from other countries.
